dareTemplates

dareTemplates is an innovative mechanism for designing HTML templates to send emails in Outlook. There are two sides to this application, the Web side which is where your templates are stored, and the client side embedded in Outlook itself. The client side interrogates the web side for Template structure and content then places it inside your email ready for sending to the recipient. Because the Template is stored on the web. You do not have to be situated on a particular computer or network to access them, you just need an internet connection.

A certain amount of work needs to be done to set your templates up, however once designed you can use them over and over again. The application is designed to enable the insertion of custom text (such as a monthly note or hyperlink) so your emails look different over time with pertinent news or advertising.

Remote connection to your computer is available when a problem cannot be fixed via e-mail or over the phone, assuming your internet connection is still working and not the cause for the support call.
