dareTemplates is effectively two pieces of software. One that sits on the internet or web, and one that sits on your computer.

dareTemplates is a tool which allows for company wide templates to be rolled out to all users of a business. This allows for a consistent view of the company by customers. Intelligent Tokens are used so that changeable information can be filled in where appropriate.

Requirements:

• Versions of Microsoft Outlook supported: 2003, 2007 and 2010.
• Framework v4.
• Internet connection.
• Operating systems supported: XP, Vista and Windows 7.

Features:

• Website login allows for maintenance of the intelligent Tokens information for each user of the template. This information can be ammended on the web at any time and will then be reflected in the localised emails being created.
• More than one template can be created for differnet types of email target. i.e. if you send from more than one email address then each email address may have a template associated with it.
• User specific tokenised information can be inserted into the template in suitable places.
• Predefined random text can be inserted in the Template so that small amounts of advertising, or information can accompany your emails.
• Predefined text attributable to a particular month of sending an email can be assigned to the template for more specific and consistent messages.
