dareSOFT is a modular application which encompasses, Cash Book, Financials, Holding Company, Stock, Payroll, Company Startup, Company Secretary, Time Recording, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Support and Estate Agency Mangement. D.A.R. Enterprises has integrated the application so that all modules have a similar look and feel. Bespoke customisation is available at affordable rates although a certain amount of customisation is available from within dareSOFT itself.

This application runs entirely on the World Wide Web or Internet, and as such can be accessed from any web enabled computer. Efforts have been made to allow the user to load the application in their favorite browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome and Safari), although Internet Explorer/Firefox are dareSOFT's favorites. Software updates and maintenance will be performed seamlessly with minimum downtime to the website. With connection speeds to the World Wide Web increasing the speed of the application will only get faster.

• Cash Book

  This module handles all manner of Cash Book entry and enquiry. It is a cut down version of the Financials module and can be run in tandom or on it's own.

• Financials

  A comprehensive financial application which handles all the Dr's and Cr's that occur in a small to medium sized company.

• Holding Company

  The Holding company module is an addition to the Financials module and allows for a company model where there is a Holding Company and one or more Subsidiaries.

• Stock

  The Stock Module handles everyhting from warehousing to simple stock maintenance and is an addition to the Financials module.

• Payroll

  In order to handle your personel needs the payroll module is a must. It keeps up with goverenment directives each year and can be run seperately from any other module.

• Company Startup

  If you are starting a new company this module is a tool to help organise the tasks involved. Statutory forms are produced which can be sent directly to Companies House. The information entered into the Company Startup module is available to use in other modules within the dareSOFT application without having to rekey.

• Company Secretary

  This module handles the Company Secretarial functions of your company. It is also designed for organisations that handle third party companies Company Secretary requirements.

• Time Recording

  Your time recording requirements are handled by this module. Every business is catered for, from a self employed consultant to an organisation fielding many time recording tasks.

• Customer Relationshiip Management

  Your customer's are the most important aspect of your business. You will need to service their needs efficiently and speedily (sometimes before they know they need the services you offer), and this module keeps track of all client contact and uses information supplied by other modules to build up a picture of your client that allows you to do this.

• Estate Agency Management

  If your business is an Estate Agency then you need this module. A comprehensive property package. It can be used as a standalone module or in tandem with the Financials module so your accounts can be kept up to date at the same time as your business operations.

• Support

  If you have a customer services operation then this module will help to keep on top of all your customer contact. It includes a forum based support system and has Telephone/email support functionality.
