PC support is a useful service that can provide peace of mind to those who
invest in it. The type of service that D.A.R. Enterprises is offering is aimed at the home office
user who needs the backup of affordable technical assistance. D.A.R. Enterprises will happily consider
small office support agreements as well.
Because of the low cost of the support service each contract will have a monthly
quota of uniquely defined problems. Each problem will be assigned a support ID and
this will identify the problem until resolution. If your allotted problem ceiling is
breached then one of three things will occur. Either the solution must wait until the following month, or the following month's
quota is absorbed early, or D.A.R. Enterprises will charge for the solution time on an hourly basis.
The type of problems that this support service will cover are:

Software installation and purchasing.

Operating system upgrades and updates.

Configuring multi-boot operating system installs

Virus infestation removal.

Computer failures.

Technical advice.

Home and small business network (cable and wireless) installations and configurations. Including broadband router configuration and installation.

Microsoft Office Queries.
Each support contract will relate to one single named computer. Networks will be charged at a
higher rate. Phone support will be between 7pm and 10pm. Email support will be dealt with on an asap basis.
A remote access feature will be available where D.A.R. Enterprises can take over your computer
via the internet in order to diagnose/fix problems. If this is a solution that your require
for your business D.A.R. Enterprises would be happy to set it up for you. Remote access support will be available
between 7pm and 10pm.
Weekend support, both remote and telephone, can be arranged between 10am and 6pm.
General Computer Advice
This service consists of general computer consultancy including advice on
purchasing and installation of hardware, on-site/off-site installation of software,
